Fair wear & tear

Forklift Solutions is committed to keeping our fleet in the best possible condition as well as keeping our lease and rental fees as low as possible. A big part of our ongoing expenses is the maintenance of normal equipment wear and tear. So damage caused by misuse, recklessness or neglect has to be covered by the customer who caused it.

The New Zealand Forklift Industry Association have produced a guide clearly setting out what counts as acceptable wear and tear, and what doesn’t. We highly recommend you read this document prior to taking delivery of your Forklift.
